Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Team Zamp's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services

Team Zamp provides technical consulting and development services including:

  • Chrome Extension Development
  • Generative AI Solutions
  • Full Stack Development
  • Project Maintenance and Support

Project Submissions

When you submit a project proposal through our waitlist:

  • You grant us the right to review and evaluate your submission
  • We reserve the right to accept or decline any project
  • Project details and pricing will be discussed on a case-by-case basis
  • We aim to respond to submissions within 48-72 hours

Payment Terms

Payment terms and conditions will be outlined in individual project agreements:

  • All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
  • Payment schedules will be agreed upon before project commencement
  • We accept various payment methods as mutually agreed
  • Late payments may result in project delays or suspension

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for custom-developed work will be transferred to the client, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement. We retain the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless confidentiality is contractually required.

Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your project information and will not disclose sensitive details without your explicit consent. Both parties may be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for projects involving sensitive or proprietary information.

Limitation of Liability

Team Zamp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Digital Products & E-books

Team Zamp offers various digital products and e-books available through our store at store.teamzamp.site. These digital products include educational materials, guides, and resources related to software development and technology.

  • All e-books are delivered in digital format (PDF, EPUB, or other specified formats)
  • Access to purchased materials is provided immediately upon successful payment
  • E-books are for personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed
  • Regular updates to content may be provided at our discretion

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Digital Products (E-books)

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis:

  • 7-Day Review Period: You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you encounter technical issues that prevent access to the content, or if the product significantly differs from its description.
  • Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchased content, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund if the problem cannot be fixed.
  • Non-Refundable Conditions: Refunds will not be provided if:
    • The product has been fully downloaded and accessed
    • You simply changed your mind after accessing the content
    • You violated the terms of use or sharing policies

Service Projects

For custom development projects and consulting services:

  • Project Cancellation: Either party may cancel a project with written notice. Cancellation terms and any applicable fees will be outlined in the individual project agreement.
  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds for service projects are calculated based on work completed up to the cancellation date. Clients will be charged for all work performed and resources allocated.
  • Milestone-Based Projects: For projects divided into milestones, refunds will be processed for any uncompleted and unpaid milestones.

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us at devguylive@gmail.com with your order details and reason for refund
  2. Provide proof of purchase (order ID, transaction ID, or receipt)
  3. We will review your request within 2-3 business days
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method

Payment Gateway Policies

We use Razorpay as our payment gateway. All transactions are subject to Razorpay's terms and conditions. For payment-related issues, disputes, or chargebacks, please refer to Razorpay's official policies.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
